Improving Productivity: Designing the early version of Microsoft Teams

I spearheaded the design for the early versions of quick access using Slash command (/); and accessibility (WCAG) framework for desktop. These features addressed the business need of 329000 organizations (as of September 2018) and tripled the DAU metrics.

EnglishDost was an award-winning app for learning conversational English speaking skills through regional Indian languages for blue-collared workers using storytelling. More than a million people used the product and the product saw an organic growth of 70%.

Organizing a 1000+ components Design System in Figma

Figma libraries are the invisible backbone of my Product Design delivery. Over the last two years, Lantern launched a slew of features and started to scale. This means the Library must be cleaned and organized as we were scaling fast and it had to adapt to different language needs.

Monitoring and improving the transactional funnel of redBus: Designed the ticket booking flow design of Redbus, which has powered the mobile web experience, the second-highest transaction source, for a $500+ million ARR revenue-generating company for 7+ years.
